Termeni și condiții de utilizare a site-ului GorkyCAD Pro. Site-ul și serviciile sunt oferite gratuit: crearea proiectelor, calcule, set PDF. Software-ul este furnizat „ca atare”.
Datele proiectului dumneavoastră vă aparțin doar dumneavoastră și nu sunt transmise către terți. În marketplace, pentru conținutul anunțurilor răspunde autorul.
Calculele respectă IEC 60364 și SR EN și au caracter informativ; pentru decizia finală asupra proiectului consultați un inginer calificat. Este interzisă utilizarea serviciilor în scopuri ilegale.

By using GorkyCAD Pro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
All projects created by you in GorkyCAD Pro are your intellectual property. We claim no rights to your content. You are fully responsible for ensuring your projects comply with building codes and regulations.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for terms violations.
The Free plan is provided without time limit. Pro is a monthly subscription. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. All prices are published in euro (EUR) on the Pricing page; payment is processed in RUB at 1 € = 100 ₽.
Payment is processed via the Robokassa payment system (bank cards and e-wallets, English interface). The final amount to pay is always shown on the payment page before any funds are charged.
If you pay with a card issued in a currency other than the currency of the charge, the conversion is performed by your bank or the payment system at their exchange rate on the date of payment; GorkyCAD Pro does not control the rate and is not responsible for its changes. The amount charged in your card currency may differ on different days depending on the exchange rate.
GorkyCAD Pro is a design tool. Final verification of the project for standards compliance is the responsibility of a qualified engineer. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect input data or improper use of the Service. The Service's calculations are for reference purposes.
You may stop using the Service at any time. After account deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can download a backup of your projects beforehand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to users by email or via in-Service notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
